Jessica Webster is a seasoned corporate pilot, educator, behavior scientist, and founder of Hera Aviation Group, bringing nearly two decades of aviation expertise to her leadership role. She launched Hera in 2019 to champion women and primary caregivers in the aviation industry, building programs and networks that address systemic retention barriers. Jessica is an industry expert on diversity equity and belonging. She has authored several articles on gender parity, equity, diversity, and inclusivity. She has a Master of Science in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Endicott College and a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Flight Operations from Daniel Webster College. Jessica combines hands-on operational experience, advocacy, and deep empathy to drive cultural transformation in aviation.

Julia is a passionate and accomplished aviator and CAM who brings flight experience, industry advocacy, and mentorship to Hera Aviation Group. She is committed to creating pathways and support systems for women and caregivers in aviation, leveraging her firsthand insights and leadership. Julia’s dedication to inclusion, community building, and professional growth aligns closely with Hera’s mission to transform the aviation industry.

Megan Knox is an accomplished aviation professional and CAM Fellow, bringing deep expertise in planning, crew operations, and strategic aviation practices. She has built a reputation for guiding flight departments through legal, tax, scheduling, and structural challenges while also contributing to national aviation programs and committees. She brings a collaborative spirit and forward-thinking approach that strengthen Hera Aviation Group’s mission to create lasting change in the aviation industry.

Kim Kissh is a corporate pilot and industry advocate with a strong background in mentorship and professional development. She has built her career by championing opportunities for women and underrepresented professionals in aviation while helping organizations strengthen their workforce culture. Kim combines hands-on flight experience with a passion for connection and inclusion, aligning closely with Hera Aviation Group’s mission. Kelly is a passionate, results-driven professional who leverages her deep roots in engineering to solve complex problems. She has strong business acumen and extensive project management experience leading large cross-organizational teams to design and deliver highly technical products in tightly regulated industries. Kelly’s diverse people management skills have enabled her to build and lead high performing teams across global organizations, and coach individuals to reach their full career potential. Kelly is also an active pilot and flight instructor.

Campbell Gladski is a student at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University pursuing her degree in Aviation Business with the goal of working as a leader in business aviation. As an emerging leader in aviation, she brings the perspective of the next generation to Hera Aviation Group’s mission of fostering inclusion and growth across the industry. Campbell is passionate about mentorship, career development, and creating supportive pathways for aspiring aviators.

Travis Wilkes is a senior aviation and technology professional with extensive experience in operations, stakeholder engagement, and strategic solutions. He brings a passion for mentorship, collaboration, and building systems that empower teams and individuals to succeed. Makena Carr is an aspiring pilot with a strong team-oriented mindset honed through years of competitive soccer.
