We provide a mentorship program for individuals who are seeking support in navigating the aviation industry. We offer the opportunity for networking with other people seeking a work-life balance.


We see the value in working together in the community to make changes, and our mentors have been there! They have learned to find a work-life balance as aviators, and they are in various stages of career regrowth and development. In addition, we raise funds for financial scholarships for those needing support to remain qualified in their industry.



We work with businesses to encourage the benefits in offering part-time and contract pilot positions. Job sharing is a well researched successful model in many industries that support alternate employment models.


We want to improve human resources policies to support families in aviation. We emphasize the need for flexible schedules that will reduce caregiver stress while providing support to full-time crew with short term coverage. Many companies procure relationships with nanny services to offer employees free access to secure support from caregivers. This allows for a more routine transition at home and fewer conflicts.
